Kern County Employees' Retirement Association, Bakersfield, Calif., is searching for a proxy voting service provider, said Daryn Miller, chief investment officer.
The $4.6 billion pension fund issued an RFP for a provider to vote all proposals submitted to stockholders for the plan's equity separate accounts.
Current provider Glass Lewis is invited to rebid, Mr. Miller said.
The RFP is available on KCERA's website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. PDT on March 15. A timeline for a selection has yet to be determined.
