Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority, Frankfort, is searching for an investment consultant for the state's $261 million 529 plan.
The authority is seeking proposals from consultants that can provide guidance for the KY Saves 529 plan's investment management, and make recommendations regarding investment objectives, guidelines and asset allocation, according to an RFP on the state's procurement website.
The RFP does not disclose the name of the current consultant or whether the firm is eligible to rebid. Ascensus is the plan's program manager.
The RFP is available on the state's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 4:30 p.m. EDT on April 4. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
