Lexington-Fayette Urban County Airport Board, Lexington, Ky., is searching for a single record keeper for its 401(a) and 457 plans.
The board has issued an RFP to consolidate the plans to a single record keeper, confirmed Zach Karas, principal at Retirement Plan Advisors, the board’s investment consultant, which assisted.
Current record keepers Benefit Administrators and John Hancock Retirement Plan Services, he said.
The 401(a) plan has $17 million in assets, while the 457 plan has $450,000 in assets.
The RFP is posted on the board's website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. CDT on Oct. 15. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
