Johnson County Community College Foundation, Overland Park, Kan., is searching for an investment manager.
The foundation is seeking proposals from firms that will manage the foundation's endowment and non-endowed portfolios, according to an RFP on its procurement website.
The foundation's target allocation for both its endowment and non-endowed funds is 60% equities, 38% fixed income, and 2% cash, cash equivalents and other investments.
The RFP does not disclose the name of the current manager or whether the firm is invited to rebid.
The foundation had $41 million in assets, including $27 million in endowment assets as of June 30, 2022, according to its most recent available annual report.
The RFP is available on the college's procurement website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. CDT on Sept. 21. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
