Johns Creek, Ga., hired CAPTRUST Financial Advisors as investment consultant for the city's $35 million 401(a) plan and $18 million 457 plan, city spokesman Bob Mullen said in an email.
The city had issued an RFP in April due to its policy to put services up for bid every five years, Mr. Mullen said at the time.
Other firms listed as shortlist candidates were NFP Retirement, Retirement Plan Advisors and SageView Advisory Group. Incumbent consultant OneDigital did rebid for the services.
