James City County, Williamsburg, Va., is searching for a record keeper for its $34 million 457 plan and $3 million 401(a) plan.
The county is seeking a single vendor to provide record keeping, administrative and investment services for the plans, according to an RFP posted on the county's website.
ICMA-RC is the current record keeper. Whether the firm is eligible to rebid could not be immediately learned.
The two plans share a lineup of 33 investment options.
The RFP is available on the county's website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. EDT on Nov. 5. A selection is expected in February.
Jessica Yost, procurement specialist, referred questions to Renee Dallman, county spokeswoman, who did not immediately provide further information.
