Jackson, Tenn., rehired Voya Financial as record keeper for the city's $20 million 457 plan, said Connie Cox, purchaser for the city, in an email.
The city issued a request for qualifications in August because state law requires services to be put up for bid periodically, Ms. Cox said at the time.
Lincoln Financial Group and Retire Ready were the other finalists.
