Jackson National Asset Management disclosed a series of changes in subadvisers to its mutual funds in an SEC filing Monday.
The manager hired William Blair Investment Management as subadviser and terminated Invesco as subadviser of the $1.1 billion JNL/Invesco International Growth Fund, which will be renamed the JNL/William Blair International Leaders Fund.
Also, Jackson National hired Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management as an additional subadviser for the $1.8 billion JNL Multi-Manager Mid-Cap Fund, joining Champlain Investment Partners, ClearBridge Investments, Nuance Investments and Victory Capital Management.
The manager also hired BAMCO and Segall Bryant & Hamill as additional subadvisers for the $3.3 billion JNL Multi-Manager Small Cap Growth Fund, joining Granahan Investment Management, Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management, Victory Capital Management and WCM Investment Management.
All the above changes will be effective April 25, according to the SEC filing.
