Jackson County School System, Jefferson, Ga., is searching for a record keeper for its 403(b) and 457 plans.
The system issued an RFP because it seeks fee savings, and to optimize the plan and its services by putting the services up for bid every five to seven years, said Annah Dodge, the system’s chief financial officer. Current record keeper Lincoln Financial Group is eligible to rebid.
The plans have a combined $10 million in assets.
The RFP is posted on the state's procurement website. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. EST on Feb. 14. A selection is expected March 9.
