Intertape Polymer Group Inc., Sarasota, Fla., added the Vanguard Balanced Index Fund and Vanguard Explorer Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, the passive asset allocation fund and active domestic small-cap growth equity fund managed by Vanguard Group had $6 million and $1 million, respectively, in assets in the plan, according to the company's 11-K filing with the SEC on June 25.
A comparison of this year's 11-K filing and last year's filing shows the plan removed the DFA U.S. Core Equity Fund and DFA U.S. Small Cap Fund from the lineup in 2020, both managed by Dimensional Fund Advisors.
As of Dec. 31, 2019, the active domestic large-cap equity fund and active domestic small-cap equity fund had $15 million and $2 million, respectively, in assets in the plan, according to the prior 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the change.
As of Dec. 31, the IPC Group 401(k) Plan had $171 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
