ING Financial Services LLC, New York, added the AB Small Cap Growth Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2019, spokeswoman Elaine Clark said in an email.
The active domestic small-cap growth equity fund managed by AllianceBernstein had $6 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the company's 11-K filing with the SEC on Wednesday.
Also during 2019, the plan removed the PGIM Jennison Small Company Fund, an active domestic small-cap growth equity fund managed by PGIM Investments and subadvised by Jennison Associates. The fund had $5 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2018, according to the company's prior 11-K filing.
The reason for the change was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, the ING Financial Services LLC 401(k) Savings Plan had $327 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing. Also as of that date, the plan had 19 individual mutual fund options, one collective investment trust option, a common stock fund and a target-date fund lineup managed by Fidelity Investments.
