Home BancShares Inc., Conway, Ark., added the MFS Growth Fund, an active domestic large-cap growth equity fund managed by MFS Investment Management, and the Baird Core Plus Bond Fund, an active domestic core-plus fixed-income fund managed by Robert W. Baird & Co., to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2020.
The funds had $2 million and $1 million, respectively, in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the company's 11-K filing Friday with the SEC.
Also during 2020, the plan removed the Fidelity Advisor New Insights Fund, an active domestic large-cap growth equity fund managed by Fidelity Investments, and the Metropolitan West Total Return Fund, an active domestic core-plus fixed-income fund managed by Metropolitan West Asset Management, a comparison of this year's and last year's 11-K filings shows.
The funds had $2 million and $1 million, respectively, in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2019, according to last year's 11-K filing.
The reasons for the changes were not provided in the new 11-K filing.
As of Dec. 31, the Home BancShares Inc. 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan had $81 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
