Holyoke (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is looking to commit about $10 million to a value-added real estate fund.
The $378 million pension fund is seeking proposals of managers of private, closed-end, U.S.-focused real estate fund that is diversified across property types, according to a notice on the website of the Massachusetts Public Employee Administration Commission.
The notice does not provide a reason for the search. Anthony Dulude, executive director, could not be immediately reached for further information.
The RFP can be obtained by emailing Mariner Institutional, the pension fund’s investment consultant, which is assisting with the search.
Proposals are due by 3 p.m. EDT on Oct. 11. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
