Hollywood (Fla.) Police Officers' Retirement System committed $10 million to TerraCap Partners V, a value-added real estate fund managed by TerraCap Management.
It is the $323 million pension fund's first commitment to a TerraCap fund, said John McCann, senior consultant at AndCo Consulting, the pension fund's investment consultant.
As of June 30, the pension fund's actual allocation to real estate was 11.5%.
