Hollywood (Fla.) Police Officers' Retirement System committed $5 million to Crescent Direct Lending Fund III.
The $324 million pension fund's board approved the commitment to the direct lending fund managed by Crescent Capital Group at its Aug. 21 meeting, said John McCann, senior consultant at AndCo Consulting, the pension fund's investment consultant.
As of June 30, the actual allocation to private equity was 1.7%.
