Hampton Roads Sanitation District, Virginia Beach, Va., is searching for a general consultant for its $43 million 457 plan.
The district is seeking proposals from consultants to provide investment advisory services, along with advice on plan governance, record keeping services and administrative support, said Amy Murphy, chief of procurement for the district, in an email. Current consultant PFM Asset Management is invited to rebid, Ms. Murphy said.
The RFP is also seeking services for the district's $67 million retiree health plan.
The RFP is available to the public on the district's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 2:30 p.m. EDT on Aug. 18. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
