Gwinnett County, Lawrenceville, Ga., added the Columbia Dividend Income Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(a) and 457 plans.
The county's retirement plans management committee voted to add the active domestic large-cap value equity fund managed by Columbia Threadneedle Investments at its Aug. 19 meeting, recently released minutes show.
The fund replaced the Invesco Growth and Income Fund effective Oct. 16, according to the plans' website. Participants in the active domestic large-cap value equity fund managed by Invesco were automatically mapped to the Columbia fund, according to the website.
The reason for the change was not provided in the minutes.
The current combined asset sizes of the 457 and 401(a) plans could not be immediately learned.
A December 2017 RFP for a third-party administrator for the plans said there was $372 million in combined assets at that time.
Vicki Casella, the county's director of human resources, could not be immediately reached for further information.
