Gray Television Inc., Atlanta, added five index funds managed by Fidelity Investments and three actively managed funds to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, the Fidelity Total Market Index Fund, Fidelity Mid-Cap Fund, Fidelity 500 Index Fund, Fidelity U.S. Bond Index Fund and Fidelity Global ex-U.S. Index Fund had $18 million, $12 million, $8 million, $8 million and $1 million, respectively, in assets in the plan, according to the company's 11-K filing with the SEC on Monday.
Also as of Dec. 31, the J.P. Morgan U.S. Value Fund and J.P. Morgan Emerging Markets Equity Fund, domestic large-cap value and emerging markets equity funds, respectively, managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management; and the Cohen & Steers Real Estate Securities Fund had $9 million, $1 million and $1 million, respectively, in assets in the plan, according to the new 11-K filing.
A comparison of the new 11-K filing and last year's filing shows the plan removed two index funds managed by Vanguard Group and seven actively managed funds.
As of Dec. 31, 2019, the Vanguard Large Cap Index Fund and Vanguard Mid-Cap Index Fund had $20 million and $10 million, respectively, in assets in the plan, according to the prior 11-K filing.
Also as of that date, the Putnam Dynamic Asset Allocation Balanced Fund and Putnam Dynamic Asset Allocation Growth Fund, both managed by Putnam Investments, had $78 million and $9 million, respectively, in assets in the plan.
The other five actively managed funds removed during 2020, and their assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2019, were:
- American Century Strategic Allocation Conservative Fund, $14 million.
- Goldman Sachs U.S. Mortgages Fund, $9 million.
- T. Rowe Price Mid-Cap Fund, $5 million.
- J.P. Morgan Investor Growth & Income Fund, $3 million.
- Invesco Multi-Asset Income Fund, $1 million.
The new 11-K filing did not provide reasons for the changes.
As of Dec. 31, the Gray Television Inc. Capital Accumulation Plan had $405 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
