Grant County Public Utility District, Ephrata, Wash., is searching for an investment consultant for its $82 million 457 plan and $71 million 401(a) plan.
The district issued an RFP due to the upcoming expiration of current consultant CAPTRUST Financial Advisors’ contract, said Rodney Noteboom, chairman of the district’s deferred compensation committee, in an email. The firm is eligible to rebid, he said.
The RFP does not name the current consultant. CAPTRUST Financial Advisors assisted the district in a record keeper search in 2021 that resulted in the rehiring of incumbent record keeper MissionSquare Retirement.
The RFP is available on the district's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. PST on March 1. The district hopes to make a selection by May 1, Mr. Noteboom said.
