Goldman Sachs Asset Management hired Victory Capital Management as subadviser of the $359 million Multi-Manager U.S. Small Cap Equity Fund, according to an SEC filing Tuesday.
The manager will join three existing subadvisers: Boston Partners Global Investors, Brown Advisory and QMA.
Those three firms have continued as the remaining subadvisers for the Multi-Manager U.S. Small Cap Equity Fund after the removal in May 2019 of PNC Capital Advisors as the fourth subadviser.
Earlier that month, Federated Investors had announced plans to buy $14 billion in assets from PNC Capital Advisors; that deal closed on Nov. 19.
GSAM has $1.3 trillion in asset management, and Victory Capital has $151.8 billion in AUM.
Patrick J. Scanlan, Goldman Sachs spokesman, declined comment.
