Glendale, Ariz., is searching for a record keeper for its $120 million 457 plan, said Rasch Cousineau, senior consultant at Hyas Group, the plan's investment consultant.
The city issued an RFP due to the impending contract expiration of current record keeper Empower Retirement; Mr. Cousineau said the firm is invited to rebid.
The chosen firm will also provide similar services for the city's $11 million health reimbursement account and a 401(a) plan that currently has $22,000 in assets.
Hyas Group is assisting with the search.
The RFP is available on the city's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. MST on Oct. 25. Finalist interviews are scheduled during the week of Dec. 2, with a decision expected shortly thereafter.
