Franklin Regional Retirement System, Greenfield, Mass., rehired O'Shaughnessy Asset Management to run about $10 million in active domestic large-cap value equities.
The $178 million pension fund's board approved the hiring at its April 26 meeting, recently released meeting minutes showed.
The pension fund issued an RFP in December due to Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission requirements to put services up for bid every seven years. The other finalists were Seizert Capital Partners and Vaughan Nelson Investment Management.
