Fort Smith, Ark., is searching for a record keeper for its $45 million 401(a) plan and $12 million 457 plan.
The city is seeking a firm to provide "record keeping, fiduciary services, investment review services, participant education/communication and plan administrative services," according to an RFP posted on the city's website.
ICMA-RC is the current record keeper; whether the firm is eligible to rebid was not available. The plans share a lineup of 48 investment options.
The RFP is posted on the city's website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. CDT on Sept. 4. A selection is scheduled for Nov. 3.
