FirstCash Holdings Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, hired Fidelity Investments as record keeper of its 401(k) plan.
The company disclosed the action in its 11-K filing with the SEC on June 27.
Fidelity replaced Rogers Wealth Group as record keeper effective Oct. 31, according to the filing. The filing did not provide a reason for the change.
As of Dec. 31, the FirstCash 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan had $191 million in assets, according to the 11-K filing.
