First Bancorp, Southern Pines, N.C., added the T. Rowe Price Overseas Stock Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, the active international large-cap equity fund managed by T. Rowe Price Group had $3 million in assets in the plan, according to the company's 11-K filing with the SEC 0n Monday.
A comparison of this year's and last year's filings shows the plan removed a similar fund from the lineup in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, 2019, the Ivy International Core Equity Fund, an active international large-cap equity fund managed by Ivy Investment Management had $3 million in assets in the plan, according to the prior 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the change.
As of Dec. 31, the First Bancorp Employees' 401(k) Savings Plan had $107 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
First Bancorp officials could not be immediately reached for further information.
