Equifax Inc., Atlanta, added two equity investment options to the lineup of its 401(k) plan.
The plan added in 2019 the DFA Emerging Markets Core Equity Fund, an active emerging markets equity fund managed by Dimensional Fund Advisors, and the Wasatch Core Growth Institutional Fund, an active domestic small-cap growth equity fund managed by Wasatch Advisors, according to the company's 11-K filing Wednesday with the SEC.
The funds had $15 million and $12 million in assets in the plan, respectively, as of Dec. 31, according to the filing.
Also during 2019, the plan removed two equity investment options: Morgan Stanley Emerging Markets Equity Fund, an active emerging markets equity fund managed by Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and PNC Small Cap Fund, managed by PNC Capital Advisors, before its acquisition in 2019 by Federated Investors.
Those funds had $9 million and $8 million in assets in the plan, respectively, as of Dec. 31, 2018, according to the company's prior 11-K filing.
Equifax officials could not be immediately reached for further information.
