East Lyme, Conn., is seeking an investment consultant for the town's $32 million retirement plan.
The search is being conducted because the plan has had the same group of managers since the pension committee began operating in 2009, said Anna M. Johnson, director of finance for the town of East Lyme, in an email.
Since the committee has recently seen some membership turnover, it felt the time was right to issue an RFP.
Principle Wealth Partners is the current consultant and is welcome to rebid.
The RFP is available on the town's website. Proposals are due by 2 p.m. EDT on Oct. 7.
Ms. Johnson expects the committee to select a consultant on Nov. 8.
