Douglas County, Castle Rock, Colo., is searching for a general defined contribution plan consultant for its $277 million 401(a) plan and $57 million 457 plan.
The county is seeking a consultant to advise the county on the retirement plan's benefit design and overall plan oversight, including investment consulting, according to an RFP posted on the BidNetDirect procurement website.
The RFP does not disclose the name of the current consultant or whether the firm is eligible to rebid. MissionSquare Retirement is the record keeper for both plans.
The RFP is available on BidNetDirect. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. MDT on June 27. A selection is scheduled for sometime in August.
