Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board Retirement Trust rehired AndCo Consulting as investment consultant for its $715 million defined benefit plan, $96 million 457 plan and $20 million 401(a) plan.
The retirement/investment committee approved the staff's recommendation to rehire AndCo at its meeting Tuesday, according to a conference call meeting.
The trust issued an RFP in January because of the impending expiration of AndCo's contract, said Shannon Hamilton, senior contract administrator, at the time.
As of June 30, 2019, the most recent data available, the DB plan's actual allocation was 21.7% domestic equities, 17.9% international equities, 15.5% private equity, 13.6% non-core fixed income, 12.9% core fixed income, 9.5% real estate, 8.1% infrastructure and the rest in cash.
The committee also approved a commitment of $5 million to New Mountain Partners VI, a buyout and growth investment fund managed by New Mountain Capital.
