Detroit Police and Fire Retirement System is searching for a third-party administrator for its $117 million deferred retirement option program.
The system has issued an RFP because its board wants to review its options, said Kelly Tapper, assistant executive director.
Current provider Voya Financial is invited to rebid.
The RFP is available on the system's website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. EST on Feb. 2. A timeline for a decision has yet to be determined.
