Ellwood Associates, investment consultant for its DC plans, is assisting with the search.
Empower Retirement is the current administrator of the two plans. It could not be learned if they are invited to rebid.
The two defined contribution plans have a combined $134 million in assets.
The RFP is available on Denver Water's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due March 20. A selection date was not disclosed.
