Delaware Office of the State Treasurer, Dover, is searching for a program manager for the state’s $683 million 529 plan.
The office has issued an RFP for a firm to provide administrative services, investment management and record-keeping services due to the impending expiration of current manager Fidelity Investment’s contract in 2021, said John Meyer, director of contributions and plan management,.
The firm is invited to rebid, he said.
The RFP is posted on the office's website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. EST on Jan. 22. A selection will take place in February.
