Delaware State University, Dover, is searching for an investment consultant for the university foundation's $39 million endowment fund.
The university issued an RFP because the contract of the current consultant will be expiring soon, said Carlos Holmes, university spokesman.
He would not disclose the name of the firm, but said it is eligible to rebid.
The RFP is available on the state's procurement website. Proposals are due at 3 p.m. EDT on June 21. A timeline for a selection has yet to be determined.
