Delaware Public Employees' Retirement System, Dover, committed $25 million to Marcus Capital Partners Fund III, said David Craik, pension administrator.
The $10.4 billion pension fund's board approved the commitment to the value-added real estate fund managed by Marcus Partners at its April 26 meeting. The pension fund made a commitment to Marcus Capital Partners Fund II. The amount was not disclosed.
As of June 30, 2018, the actual allocation to alternative investments was 24.4%, the most recent data available.
