Delaware Office of the State Treasurer, Dover, rehired Voya Financial as record keeper for the state's $841 million 457 plan, $196 million 403(b) plan and $26 million 401(a) plan, said Deborah L. Bradl, executive assistant, in an email.
The office had issued an RFP in July due to the expiration of Voya Financial's contract.
AIG Retirement Services and Empower Retirement were the other finalists.
The rehiring of Voya Financial is contingent upon contract negotiations, Ms. Bradl said.
