Daytona State College Foundation, Daytona Beach, Fla., rehired PFM Asset Management as investment consultant, said Stephanie Mims, manager, purchasing department, in an email.
The $23 million foundation issued an RFP in December. CAPTRUST Financial Advisors and SunTrust Bank's foundations and endowments specialty practice were the other finalists.
The foundation's target allocation is 40% fixed income, 39% domestic equities and 21% international equities.
