Crown Holdings Inc., Yardley, Pa., added the Baird Core Plus Bond Fund to the investment options lineups of its two 401(k) plans, the company announced in its two 11-K filings with the SEC on Thursday.
The domestic core-plus fixed-income fund managed by Baird Asset Management had a total of $14 million in assets in the two plans as of Dec. 31, according to the filings.
Also during 2018, the plans removed the Metropolitan West Total Return Bond Fund from their lineups. The domestic core-plus fixed-income fund managed by Metropolitan West Asset Management had a total of $15 million in assets in the two plans as of Dec. 31, 2017, according to the company's previous 11-K filings.
The plans, which have identical lineups, had 16 investment options, a common stock fund and a target-date fund lineup managed by Vanguard Group as of Dec. 31, according to the new 11-K filings.
As of Dec. 31, the Crown Cork & Seal Co. Inc. 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan had $193 million in assets, and the Crown Cork & Seal Co. Inc. Retirement Thrift Plan had $125 million in assets, according to the filings.
