Corvallis, Ore., hired Hyas Group as investment consultant for its 457 plan and 401(a) plan, according to a letter of intent to award posted on the Public Purchase procurement website.
The city issued an RFP in October. According to the notice, Hyas Group was the sole firm that submitted a proposal.
Neither the notice nor the original RFP disclosed the asset sizes of the plans or the name of the incumbent consultant.
