Contra Costa County Employees' Retirement Association, Concord, Calif., disclosed new private equity and real estate commitments totaling $175 million in materials for its upcoming July 26 board meeting.
The $10.4 billion pension fund committed $75 million to middle-market buyout fund Genstar Capital Partners XI, and $60 million and $40 million, respectively, to value-added real estate funds EQT Exeter Industrial Value Fund VI and EQT Exeter Multi-Family Value-Add Fund II.
CCCERA previously committed $43 million to Genstar Capital Partners X in 2021. EQT Exeter is a news manager for the pension fund.
As of March 31, the pension fund's growth asset class had an actual allocation of 77.2%; the target is 76%.
