Columbus (Ga.) Consolidated Government Pension Board is searching for an investment consultant for the city government's pension and benefit trust fund.
The $475 million pension fund's board is seeking an investment consultant to provide ongoing services to optimize the return on investments for the fund, according to an RFP on the government's purchasing website.
Whether a firm currently provides these services and is invited to rebid could not be immediately learned.
The RFP is available on the city's purchasing website. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. EST Nov. 15. A timeline for a decision was not provided, but the contract for the chosen consultant will begin March 1.
