Colorado Fire & Police Pension Association, Denver, committed $15 million to Aiga Climate Fund I.
The $6.1 billion pension fund disclosed the August commitment to the climate infrastructure fund managed by Aiga Capital Partners in materials for its Oct. 3 board meeting.
Aiga Capital Partners is a new manager for the pension fund, according to the meeting materials.
As of Aug. 31, the pension fund’s actual allocation to private markets was 30.7%; the target is 31%.
