Colgate-Palmolive Co., New York, added four index funds managed by State Street Global Advisors to the investment options lineup of its primary 401(k) plan and removed three funds managed by Vanguard Group.
The company added the State Street Global All Cap Equity ex-U.S. Index Fund, State Street S&P 500 Index Fund, State Street Small/Mid Cap Equity Index Fund and State Street Aggregate Bond Index fund to the lineup during 2022, according to its June 27 11-K filing with the SEC.
Also during 2022, the company removed the Vanguard Extended Market Index Fund, Vanguard Institutional Index Fund and Vanguard Wellington Fund from the lineup, according to the new 11-K filing.
The amount of assets held by the fund in the 401(k) plan and the reasons for the change were not disclosed in the 11-K filing.
As of Dec. 31, the Colgate-Palmolive Co. Employees Savings and Investment Plan had $2.8 billion in assets, according to the 11-K filing.
