Clorox Co., Oakland, Calif., added the State Street Russell Small Mid Cap Index Securities Lending Series Fund, a collective investment trust managed by State Street Global Advisors, to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan.
The CIT had $123 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the cleaning product company's June 26 11-K filing with the SEC.
Also during 2019, the company removed two investment options managed by Vanguard Group.
The Vanguard Mid-Cap Index Fund and Vanguard Small Cap Index Fund had $67 million and $32 million in assets in the plan, respectively, as of Dec. 31, 2018, according to the company's prior 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the change.
As of Dec. 31, the Clorox Co. 401(k) Plan had $1.9 billion in assets, according to the new 11-K filing. As of that same date, the plan had six mutual fund options, four CIT options, a common stock fund, a self-directed brokerage option and a lineup of Vanguard Group target-date CITs.
