Church & Dwight Co. Inc., Ewing, N.J., added the T. Rowe Price Small-Cap Value Fund to the investment options lineups of its two 401(k) plans in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, the active domestic small-cap value equity fund managed by T. Rowe Price Group had a total of $17 million in assets in the two plans, according to the company's 11-K filings with the SEC on June 24.
A comparison of this year's 11-K filings and last year's filings shows the plans removed the Glenmede Small Cap Equity Institutional Fund from their investment options lineups in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, 2019, the active domestic small-cap core equity fund managed by Glenmede Investment Management had a total of $17 million in assets in the two plans, according to the company's prior 11-K filings.
A reason for the change was not provided in the new 11-K filings.
As of Dec. 31, the Church & Dwight Co. Inc. Savings and Profit Sharing Plan for Salaried Employees had $810 million in assets, and the Church & Dwight Co. Inc. Savings and Profit Sharing Plan for Hourly Employees had $249 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filings.
