Chicago Public Schools rehired RVK as investment consultant for the district's 403(b) and 457 plans, according to a notice of contract awards on the district's website.
The school district issued an RFP in July for a consultant to perform quarterly evaluations of the investment options offered in the plans, help develop and maintain investment policy statements, and assist the board in the oversight, governance and monitoring of investment options, according to a request for quotes on the CPS website.
RVK had been the plans' investment consultant since at least 2008, according to the district's contract awards page.
According to the district's website, NFP Retirement and Retirement Plan Advisors were the other finalists. Asset sizes for the plans could not be immediately learned.
