Chicago Laborers' Annuity & Benefit Fund is searching for an investment consultant, said Tina Consola, executive director, in an email.
The $1.2 billion pension fund has issued an RFP for one firm to provide general investment consulting and performance measurement services; current consultant Marquette Associates is eligible to rebid, Ms. Consola said.
As of Dec. 31, the pension fund's actual allocation was 52.3% equities, 18.3% fixed income, 10.8% real estate, 10.6% hedge funds, 4.2% private markets, 2.4% real assets and the rest in cash/other.
The RFP is available on the pension fund's website. Proposals are due at noon CDT on March 15. A selection date has yet to be determined.
