Chemung County, Elmira, N.Y., is searching for a bundled provider for its $37 million 457 plan.
The county issued an RFP for a firm to provide services including plan administration, investment services, enrollment and trustee services, said Tricia A. Wise, director of purchasing, in an email.
MassMutual is the current provider. All qualified firms are eligible to bid for the services, according to the RFP.
The plan currently has 31 investment options and a target-date fund lineup managed by T. Rowe Price Group.
The RFP can be obtained by emailing Ms. Wise. Proposals are due at 4:30 p.m. EDT on April 3. A timeline for a decision was not provided.
