Chatham County Employee Retirement Plan, Savannah, Ga., is searching for an investment consultant, said Amy Davis, the county's finance director.
The $281 million pension fund issued an RFP as part of "routine bidding consistent with our purchasing policy," Ms. Davis said. Current consultant Dahab Associates is invited to rebid.
As of June 30, the pension fund's actual allocation was 42.4% domestic large-cap equities, 18.9% fixed income, 10.8% international developed markets equities, 8.9% real estate, 8.3% domestic midcap equities, 7.8% domestic small-cap equities, 1.9% emerging markets equities and 1% cash.
The RFP is available on the county's website. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. EDT on Oct. 10. A selection should occur by the end of 2019, Ms. Davis said.
