Charleston (W. Va.) Police & Firefighters' Pension and Relief Funds are searching for an investment consultant.
The boards of the pension funds, which have a combined $67 million in assets, are seeking proposals from investment consulting firms that "provide broad investment expertise," according to an RFP posted on the city's website.
The RFP does not disclose the name of the firm currently providing the services. Jamie M. Bowles, purchasing director, would not provide further information.
The RFP is available on the city's website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. EDT on Oct. 4. A selection is expected by the end of October.
