Champaign (Ill.) Firefighters' Pension Fund is searching for an investment consultant.
The $85 million pension fund is seeking a firm to provide investment consulting services, including recommending asset allocations and monitoring the performance of money managers, according to an RFP posted on the city's website.
According to the pension fund's most recent annual report, Marquette Associates is the pension fund's current consultant. Whether the firm is invited to rebid could not be immediately learned.
The current asset allocation is 56% equities and 44% fixed income and liquid funds, according to the RFP.
The RFP is available on the city's website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. CDT on July 13. A selection will be made sometime before Aug. 4, according to the RFP.
